What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile delivery team focused on developing high-quality mobile applications. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

 

You’ll work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are embedded in our practices, enabling us to deliver user-centric mobile solutions aligned with business goals. From sprint planning to retrospectives, you’ll be the driving force behind team cohesion and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery velocity and cohesion
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog
  • Track and report sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and resolve blockers promptly.
  • Promote test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and release planning
  • Ensure operational readiness for mobile app features including documentation and support materials

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in mobile app or website development projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android), CI/CD pipelines, and app store release processes
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience leading the delivery of customer facing e-commerce or omni-channel applications will be highly regarded.
