What you’ll do:

 

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP CX Functional Consultant, eager to advance their career, to join our team. Reporting to the SAP eCommerce, CRM & IT Master Data Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimising SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, with a focus on Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud (C4C) applications. A key part of this role is having expert knowledge of the technology and using it effectively to help the business succeed.

 

Key functions of this role include:

 

  • Performing accurate estimations & sizing of enhancement and project delivery within the scope of the applications environment
  • Developing, deployment, and testing of software systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Supporting internal stakeholders present data, system operations to cement / grow external stakeholder relationships

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in mid-level SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, particularly Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C) consultant who endeavours to build their career with a renowned Australian company

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP CX modules, particularly Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C) applications, including Level 2/3 BAU support.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change using an industry approved discipline, e.g. Agile, Waterfall or other.
  • At least 1 Project Implementation experience (either Commerce Cloud or Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C)) with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Proven experience with Vendor performance management.
  • Prior experience with system implementations, upgrades, configuration, testing, documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent computer skills of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools – SNOW experience preferred.
  • Preferred Commerce Cloud support experience in an integrated retail system environment.
  • Preferred understanding with front-end technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities.
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification in Technology or Business-related discipline or at least ten-years’ experience working with SAP as a functional consultant responsible for supporting SAP and delivering change.
