We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join our Audit, Risk & Compliance team.
Reporting to the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance, you’ll:
- lead a high performing team to implement risk and compliance frameworks across Wesfarmers Health, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and internal policies
- Partner with executive leaders to embed a proactive and data-driven risk culture across retail, digital health, and medi-aesthetics
- Oversee compliance reviews, synthesise regulatory and industry trends and changes to ensure compliance best practice
- Support governance committees and deliver high-quality reporting to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in risk maturity and control effectiveness

What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and industry best practices. Preferably within healthcare, digital services or other regulated industries.
- Extensive understanding of risk management concepts and frameworks with a track record successful business partnering and practical and pragmatic implementation
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills to manage continuous improvement
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and controls
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of management, negotiate outcomes and confidentially present
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite and common systems. Archer experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Risk Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
