What you’ll do:

 

We have newly created opportunity for a Replenishment Transformation Lead to join the team. Reporting to the Systems Optimisation Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across multiple stakeholders by leveraging your expertise in process optimisation, data analytics, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, developing innovative solutions, and leading transformational projects that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance in the business.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Design and build processes, perform analysis and develop and optimise solutions
  • Apply continuous Improvement methodologies to develop, refine and track KPI’s and create/maintain standardised work procedures
  • Deliver cross-functional improvement, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement change management strategies
  • Deliver robust performance measurement systems and insightful reporting for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive digital innovation and operational efficiency

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 3+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or warehousing operations
  • 2+ years experience in PowerBI (Modeling and Building), Power Query and Excel
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with Change management and leadership expertise
  • Strong project management capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Snowflake etc)
  • Deep understanding of Replenishment and Supply Chain Optimisation principles
  • Familiarity with automation and emerging technologies with understanding of inventory management principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Data, Supply Chain or Logistics, or related field
