What you’ll do:
Are you passionate about project delivery and eager to make a difference? As a Project Coordinator with Wesfarmers Health, you’ll play a crucial role in realising our Vision by supporting our Store Development team with new store openings and refurbishments.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Development team to complete projects on time, and within budget while ensuring they meet brand standards
- Support the team in delivery of the broader WesHealth investment agenda by managing project timelines, equipment scheduling and invoice management
- Support team members by maintaining impeccable administrative standards and ensuring all documentation is current and properly filed.
What you’ll bring:
- Proficient in Excel and skilled in documentation and planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to develop and influence others.
- Understanding of financial aspects related to project accounting, including capital and operating expenses.
- Customer-focused with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Experienced in high-demand administrative roles with strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Effective both in team settings and independently, with clear and articulate communication.
- Capable of collaborating with external consultants, such as architects, shopfitters, and suppliers.
- Results-driven with a solid understanding of brand standards.
- VCE or equivalent qualification required.
- Pursuing a degree in business or project management is highly desirable.
