What you’ll do:
**Role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney
We have an exciting 12-month opportunity for a People Systems Manager to join our People Operations & Advisory team. This is a unique role, where the successful candidate be both the product owner and technical lead of our People Systems. They will work in conjunction with the People team and IT, providing technical system administration and functional guidance in managing and maintaining the SuccessFactors solution, ensuring the functionality meets business needs & best practice.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead configuration changes, system updates, and implementation activities, maintaining detailed records, test evidence, and incident logs for SAP SuccessFactors full suite, and WalkMe
- Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger initiatives by translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage incidents and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Develop and maintain the People Systems roadmap, including bi-annual releases, planned enhancements, and cyclical business activities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by resolving queries efficiently, driving service excellence, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Manager or Lead within a large, complex organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including business rules, roles and permissions, and system integrations.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and support team capability uplift.
- Skilled in translating complex system issues for non-technical audiences and aligning People team needs with IT solutions.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, information systems, or HR required; SuccessFactors certifications desirable.
