What you’ll do:

 

We have an opportunity for a Pay Compliance Program Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Advisory, this position is responsible for managing a 12 month compliance program across the Division and ensuring compliance with employer obligations. This role will also work as part of the broader Wesfarmers Group to lead the development of compliance best practice across all Wesfarmers Divisions.

 

Other responsibilities include:

 

  • Program manage the timely delivery of pay compliance initiatives across Wesfarmers Health
  • Create team member and manager communications relating to any payments or processes.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders through regular reporting and communications
  • Work in partnership with technical experts to identify and help implement compliance improvements  

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Extensive experience leading complex remediation or compliance programs, ideally within a large, multi-entity organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of pay compliance programs
  • Deep understanding of the application of modern awards and industrial instruments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including regulators and executive leadership.
  • Tertiary qualification in a HR, business, or related discipline (desirable)
