What you’ll do:
As our Workforce Operations Manager, you will ensure InstantScripts has a high-quality, compliant, and engaged network of clinicians to support our growing services. In this newly created role, you will oversee the entire clinician workforce lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to compliance, scheduling, and engagement. You’ll play a critical role in aligning workforce strategies with organisational priorities and patient demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning & Sourcing: Develop strategies to attract and retain clinicians nationwide.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to set clinicians up for success.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to AHPRA, Medicare, and healthcare regulations.
- Clinician Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to foster engagement and retention.
- Scheduling & Optimisation: Oversee scheduling and use data to optimise workforce allocation.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of specialists and coordinators, driving performance and collaboration.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in healthcare workforce operations, recruitment, or scheduling. Alternatively, a background in a large GP clinic would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of AHPRA, Medicare, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in workforce planning or HR systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in telehealth or digital health, high-volume hiring, and working with AI or bespoke technology solutions is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in health administration, business, or related discipline (highly desirable).
