What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist – Beauty Retail to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Beauty Retail, this role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, activations and initiatives across our beauty retail stores, including new accessible beauty retail brand atomica. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and centre management to create seamless, customer-centric marketing experiences that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, manage, and execute key marketing campaigns and initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels ensuring alignment with trade calendar and business priorities
- Lead campaign creative and media briefing, production, and implementation in collaboration with agencies and internal teams to support new store opens and key activity
- Manage campaign timelines and approvals using Monday.com
- Lead rollout of consumer competitions, GWPs and activations
- Manage instore radio and digital screen program of work
- Work closely with Merchandise team to keep across new product arrivals, hero offers and planogram updates to ensure supporting collateral is provided
- Work closely with Store Operations teams to feed Marketing updates into store communications
- Oversee visual merchandise stock management, including window displays
- Prepare post-campaign reviews and performance reports, including ROI analysis
- Support budget management, invoicing, and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in campaign delivery
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager in developing marketing summaries, leading regular marketing meetings, maintaining the marketing calendar and presentations when required
- Champion brand guidelines to guarantee the brand identity, ensuring that all campaigns are in line with guides

What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years experience in marketing, ideally within retail, beauty, or FMCG
- Proven experience managing campaign timelines, media planning, and cross-channel execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
