What you’ll do:

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical projects that support our marketing priorities. You’ll champion process improvements and optimise the use of AI and marketing enablement tools. You’ll also manage relationships with our creative agency and key suppliers, ensuring creative delivery efficiencies and best-in-class marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day marketing operations for our Retail Marketing team
• Manage budgets, critical paths, reporting, and financial performance for marketing activities.
• Champion improvements to marketing processes, embedding tools like Monday.com and AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee print and fulfilment resourcing, ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Project manage key initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maximise outcomes from marketing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all produced materials.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in traditional and digital media, including advertising, PR, events, production, design, and creative delivery, with a curiosity for exploring AI tools to enhance marketing performance
• Strong project management skills, ideally with experience using Monday.com or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial flair, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience working with internal teams and agency partners to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
