What you’ll do:

 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Business Development Marketing team. Reporting to the Project Manager – Loyalty & Pharmacy Services, you will support the achievement of API's vision and help us in our strategic goal to be the most compelling offer for our pharmacy partners.

 

This role would suit someone early in their career with some work experience, looking to gain broad exposure to all aspects of marketing.

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Support the Project Manager to deliver the brand propositions for Soul Pattinson Chemist and Pharmacist Advice, and the program offering for Club Premium
  • Provide administrative support on member fees, signage, support rebates and compliance rebates
  • Prepare and help distribute reports on Category and Product Compliance, Pharmacy Program Performance, and Promotional Campaigns
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of communications, including weekly merchandise updates and bi-monthly newsletters
  • Work with our Professional Services Programs partner to manage the implementation of health promotion events
  • Coordinate the implementation of direct marketing for loyalty rewards campaigns
  • Support the Pharmacy Business Development team in the organisation of training and other events for our pharmacies, including member communications, liaising with external vendors and creating event content

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in a Marketing, Business or Communications support role
  • An all-rounder who is happy to work on a variety of tasks and interact with our internal and external stakeholders, and Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice and Club Premium pharmacies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Intermediate PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • A passion to grow and develop, and ability to proactively seek out development opportunities
  • Genuine interest in marketing, brands, and retail, and putting the customer at the heart of your decision making
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
