What you’ll do:
Are you someone who excels in driving success through strategic partnerships and business growth?
We’re in search of a dynamic Market Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives. In this newly established role, you will be responsible for launching a new commercial channel that will drive substantial impact across the organisation.
Working within the complex pharmaceutical landscape, you'll navigate regulatory frameworks, leverage existing assets, and create integrated marketing programs whilst expanding market access as a new channel for pharmaceutical partners.

What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in market access, healthcare program management, or pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
- Strong experience with pharmaceutical clients and sales management
- Strategic thinking and innovation for new models of driving integrated marketing program
- Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare system.
- In-depth understanding of financial requirements related to project accounting and overseeing P&L
- Experience in working with digital health solutions or innovative healthcare delivery models.
- Knowledge of global market access trends and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
