What you’ll do:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager, Strategic Growth for driving the growth of the company’s digital health. Reporting to the Head of InstantScripts, with one direct report, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities at enterprise level and cultivating strong partnerships with businesses and government agencies. With a high level of autonomy, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team and cross functional teams to drive our goals and expand our presence in the digital health industry.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

 

  • Lead the end-to-end business development process, helping to position the company as a leading provider of telehealth and digital health solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors
  • Engage with key decision-makers to establish partnerships and secure contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive further opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote services and expand networks
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and tenders, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in business development management preferably within the Health services sector or solutions
  • Demonstrated success in securing high-value contracts with businesses and government
  • Exceptional communication skills, including crafting high-quality proposals and delivering persuasive presentations
  • Strong understanding of government processes, including procurement and stakeholder engagement
  • A working knowledge of digital health and/or healthcare delivery is advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
