What you’ll do:

We’re looking for an inspiring and highly skilled Beauty Retail Learning Manager to design, deliver and continuously evolve the learning experiences that shape our frontline beauty teams.

Reporting to the Senior Learning Program Manager, this role is pivotal in building capability across the network—from new‑to‑industry beauty consultants to seasoned retail teams—through impactful face‑to‑face training, digital learning, supplier‑led education and AI‑enhanced learning experiences.

You’ll develop nationally consistent beauty learning pathways, bring to life large‑scale events like Beauty Masterclass, lead atomica’s two‑week intensive onboarding, and partner with suppliers to ensure best‑in‑class product and service education across all brands.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes beauty, thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, and knows how to translate product, service, and behavioural skills into engaging, memorable learning moments.  You will also be high flexibility and able to undertake frequent interstate travel.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering face‑to‑face (and digital) retail learning programs, with at least 5 years in beauty retail Background in beauty, skin, or cosmetics retail
• A background/experience in skin knowledge or relevant qualifications
• Proven ability to build and deliver learning content using Scorm files, Rise 360, and e-learning platforms
• Experience utilising AI technology for learning
• Strong supplier management and influencing skills
• Ability to undertake regular travel across the network for extended periods ie 2 week initial training for atomica
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Qualifications in makeup, beauty therapy, or related field (required)
• Bachelors or higher degree in OD, Learning or HR
• Additional qualifications in adult education or training (desirable)
