What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a Learning & Program Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave. This role centres around designing, developing, delivering, and managing impactful culture and learning programs across Priceline Pharmacy, atomica, and other Wesfarmers Health Retail and Pharmacy brands. Additionally, you'll contribute to overseeing initiatives such as onboarding, recognition and customer service programs, Masterclasses, and Priceline Pharmacy’s best in class Intern Program.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in learning design and delivery, along with facilitation
  • Proficiency in eLearn authoring tool Articulate Rise and SCORM files.
  • Effective Project management, Program design and delivery skills.
  • Proven track record in program design and delivery, across an audience of minimum 5,000 individuals
  • Proven influencing, interpersonal, communication skills along with stakeholder management skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel intrastate and/or interstate to deliver and facilitate learning programs may be required.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline preferred.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Instructional Design (desirable).
  • Knowledge of retail, ideally with pharmacy experience.
