What you’ll do:

 

We are seeking a Supply Chain Ranging & Compliance Lead to join our Wholesale team. Reporting to the National Inventory & Compliance Manager, this role requires sound knowledge of Community Service Obligation (CSO), the Code of Good Wholesaling Practice, and state-based regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our company’s compliance performance and managing product selection across our Distribution and Fulfilment Centres to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customers receive the right products from their local DC.

 

Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support DC/FC teams in adhering to regulatory compliance requirements, including the CSO and the Code of Good Wholesaling Practice for Medicines.
  • Complete CSO audit preparation activities, including capturing all required documentation for pre-audit or post-audit submission to the CSO Agency.
  • Maintain relationships with the National Ethicals Team, the CSO Agency, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the DC ranging process to ensure compliance with CSO requirements and to prevent disruptions to customer service.
  • Monitor and implement Cold Chain Compliance across the Supply Chain Network
  • Monitor Expiry stock projections and report to the Wholesale and Retail Team
  • Preparation, planning and coordinate with relevant departments to schedule internal and external audits. Provide audit support and serve as the point of contact for auditors and distribution teams.

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain, ideally in a pharmaceutical or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analytics, MS Word, Excel, SAP and Manhattan (WMS)
  • Experience in Warehousing, logistics/Supply Chain with familiarity with industry specific regulations 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relative to the pharmaceutical industry and product ranging processes
  • The ability to effectively prioritise and mitigate issues which are negatively impacting service, safety, culture or cost.
  • Available for interstate travel at short notice to support Audits or other Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Tertiary degree qualification in Logistics/Supply chain/Business/Commercial disciplines preferred
