What you’ll do:
Join us as a Franchise Contract Specialist for 12-month Fixed Term Contract! A successful candidate will be overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, maintain records, and be the go-to contact for all contract matters. Collaborate across teams to achieve strategic goals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all stages of franchise contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, legal counsel, and stakeholders, providing updates and handling inquiries.
- Build relationships, manage contract execution, address complaints, and meet franchisee needs to reduce retention risks.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions, supporting data access and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance operational efficiency, develop aligned policies, and stay updated on industry trends to optimise contract management.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive contract administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and error identification.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, build relationships, and apply financial, accounting, and basic contract law knowledge.
- Diploma in Business, Commercial Management, Contracts Administration, or related field; undergraduate qualification preferred
