What you’ll do:

 

Join our team as an FP&A Manager, where you’ll play a key role in leading financial performance and driving strategic insights and strategic initiatives within the Pharmacy & Retail Business Units. Reporting to the Senior F&A Manager, you will oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver insightful management reporting, and support the development of the strategic narrative.

 

In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close process for the Pharmacy & Retail Commercial Finance team, lead the preparation of the Retail quarterly business review, and support future-state forecasting and scenario analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment; retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Experience in FP&A roles focused on performance insights, business planning, and budgeting.
  • Strong ability to provide value-added commercial advice to senior management.
  • Proven success in building partnerships between support and business functions.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; be curious.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional team alignment.
  • Ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • CPA/CA qualification.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
