Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Paid Marketing Campaigns at Australia’s Largest Online Medical Clinic

Are you ready to make a real impact in a company that’s transforming healthcare access across Australia? InstantScripts is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Customer, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey—leading high-performing campaigns across multiple channels and helping millions of Australians access fast, affordable healthcare.

This is your chance to own the paid media performance and creative execution, drive customer acquisition, and shape how our brand connects with Australians.

Key responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth Through Smart Media Strategy

  • Lead and optimise campaigns across digital, TV, out-of-home (OOH), social media, SEM, affiliate, content partnerships and more.
  • Manage the media plan to deliver new and repeat customers, increase transactions, and improve ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities and test innovative approaches to optimise our reach and engage our audience.

Craft Campaigns That Matter

  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that support brand awareness, product launches, and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life—from concept to execution.

Lead with Insight & Creativity

  • Use data, AI and martech to refine targeting, messaging, and media mix for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate content creation and ensure consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Work closely with product, creative, and customer experience teams to support new features and services.
  • Be a key voice in shaping how InstantScripts grows and evolves in a competitive market.

This is more than a marketing role—it’s a chance to help redefine healthcare in Australia. If you’re driven by purpose and excited to lead growth in a company that’s scaling fast, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and eCommerce, with a proven ability to deliver high-performing strategies that move the needle.
  • A track record of success in building and executing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue—especially across Social and Search.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and use insights to optimise performance across digital channels.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices across paid media, SEO, email, affiliate, and content partnerships.
  • Strategic multitasking—you’re comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Expertise in market research, segmentation, and analytics to inform smarter, more targeted marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and other platforms that help you measure, refine, and scale.
  • A strong sense of customer empathy and the ability to craft messaging that resonates across diverse audiences and channels.
  • Passion for innovation, performance, and making a difference.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field is a plus—but your experience and results speak louder than any credential.
