Customer Engagement Manager – Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare Engagement
Ready to drive customer loyalty at scale? As Customer Engagement Manager at Australia's largest online medical clinic, you'll be at the forefront of how millions of Australians experience digital healthcare. This 12-month fixed-term role (parental cover) offers the rare opportunity to blend cutting-edge martech, AI-powered personalisation, and strategic storytelling to transform customer relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Customer, you'll architect and execute sophisticated engagement strategies across multiple digital channels—turning healthcare interactions into moments of connection, education, and advocacy.
What You'll Own:
- Strategic Innovation: Design and deploy AI-enhanced engagement and retention strategies for 2M+ customers, leveraging data and automation to deliver personalised healthcare experiences and information at scale
- Platform Mastery: Own our Customer Relationship Platform, orchestrating sophisticated campaigns that inform, inspire, and activate our community via email, SMS, app and onsite.
- Social Leadership: Grow and engage our Instagram and Facebook audiences as the voice of modern, accessible healthcare
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, clinical, and marketing teams to craft seamless user journeys and compelling content that drives action
- Health Advocacy: Launch initiatives around health news, seasonal wellness, and condition management—positioning InstantScripts as Australia's trusted health advisor
