What you’ll do:

 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Lead to join our Property & Network Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. This role is pivotal in managing the entire contract lifecycle—from grants and renewals to variations and terminations—while ensuring compliance with business policy, regulations, and relevant laws.

 

The role will work closely with our commercial, operation and finance teams. From preparing and executing contracts, to maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in supporting our strategic goals and enabling network growth.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a contracting or paralegal role.
  • Significant experience in corporate governance and compliance.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale and franchise operations is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial and/or accounting knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Contract Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Undergraduate qualification in a business-related discipline.
