What you’ll do:

Drive value, innovation, and efficiency across our indirect procurement spend.

We're seeking a results-driven professional to lead Category Management and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. You’ll develop and execute category plans, identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities, and build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify and deliver value through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and present compelling business cases for procurement initiatives
• Ensure procurement practices meet compliance, safety, and performance standards
• Support franchise partners in achieving indirect procurement value

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in procurement category management
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract and category management, negotiations, supplier relationships, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage commercial supplier relationships effectively
• Skilled in delivering clear commercial advice and recommendations to leadership
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at handling challenges and conflicts
• Experienced in procurement data analytics, including spend analysis and savings tracking
• Proven success in managing tenders and negotiating favourable outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline
