What you’ll do:

 

Join Wesfarmers Health as our CRO & Personalisation Lead and help redefine health, beauty, and wellness online!

 

The CRO & Personalisation Lead will help transform Wesfarmers Health’s digital strategy by developing and executing a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy, which will include implementing and continuously improving personalisation efforts across retail brands including Priceline. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement to improve conversion rates and thereby drive revenue. The CRO & Personalisation Lead will manage the on-going relationship with our personalisation vendor (Insider), optimise campaigns and ensure seamless integration of personalisation across our digital platforms in collaboration with Product, Technology, and business teams.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital, working with CRO, personalisation and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hotjar, Insider, Salesforce, Adobe, Braze)
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a detailed understanding of eCommerce/eDM/Personalisation performance drivers
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of MarTech, including Personalisation, Marketing Automation, CDP and more
  • An understanding of optimisation concepts such as statistical significance, P value, minimal detectable effect, sample size calculations
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, experience design, digital or related technology area
  • Understanding of Australian privacy law and data governance
