SiSU Health is a preventive health company helping users to identify their cardiovascular and diabetes risk factors in a self-serve approach with instant results available in the SiSU Health app.

SiSU Health leases self-serve Health Stations to in the community (Cricket’s Boxing Day Test, AFL Gather Round, field days), workplaces and in Priceline Pharmacy to make it easy for people to take a health check and help people understand their risk factors

 

What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a superstar CRM Manager (B2C and B2B) to join our SiSU Health team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Marketing, you will work hand in hand to shape and lead our customer lifecycle strategy. You’ll work across both consumer and business audiences to build smart, scalable customer journeys and campaigns that drive engagement, health outcomes, and commercial growth.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Develop and lead SiSU Health’s CRM strategy alongside the Head of Commercial & Marketing.
  • Use segmentation, RFM models, and behavioural data to personalise experiences across lifecycle stages: onboarding, nurture, repeat check, advocacy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Priceline, Script Connect) to deliver meaningful customer journeys aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with Priceline’s marketing and loyalty teams to promote relevant services and drive repeat health checks.
  • Create a B2B CRM strategy to move clients through the sales funnel—leads, nurture, conversion, cross-sell, and reactivation.
  • Own the CRM and eDM campaign calendar.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on core CRM metrics—open/click rates, app downloads, rechecks. optimise with A/B testing
  • Act as business owner of CRM platform (currently Klaviyo), overseeing campaign operations and integrations.
  • Ensure best-in-class platform usage, compliance, and data integrity.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 4-6 years’ experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Loyalty, ideally within health, retail, or services
  • Strong experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Insider, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to create and optimise end-to-end automated customer journeys
  • A test-and-learn mindset, commercial acumen, and customer-first thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Hands-on experience in segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing
  • Strong written and verbal communication, especially when presenting insights and ideas
