What you’ll do:

 

We're looking for a passionate CRM Campaign & Loyalty Coordinator to support our eCommerce and loyalty strategies by delivering targeted predominantly email campaigns for the Sister Club Loyalty Program. In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with the Loyalty team to manage end-to-end campaign execution via the Braze platform—covering briefing, creative coordination, segmentation, deployment, and timelines. You'll also analyse campaign performance to drive engagement, personalisation, and conversion, helping to create meaningful customer experiences and build lasting loyalty.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM, digital marketing, or email campaign coordination, ideally in retail or health.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a strong drive to embrace and learn new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Proven track record executing multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Skilled in briefing and managing eDMs and digital assets with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms like Braze for campaign delivery.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation.
  • Analytical and customer-focused, with a passion for improving omnichannel experiences.
