What you’ll do:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our technology team. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analysis Manager to evaluate and document business processes, system requirements, and data insights, driving effective solutions that support organisational goals.
Key functions of this role include:
- Performing business analysis tasks such as requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and design
- Using analytical and technical skills to communicate clearly, lead workshops, and ensure alignment on projects from start to finish.
- Contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of business analysis processes, techniques, and templates.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Project Manager roles.
- Relevant experience working with outsourced development partners (including offshore resources) is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with resources from various IT disciplines (e.g., developers, network, infrastructure).
- Experience in the delivery of software solutions and products from concept to delivery and operation.
- Experience working across a number of different domains and a variety of different initiatives.
- Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training, and transitioning to support teams.
- Ability to identify risks and issues, develop appropriate mitigation strategies, and escalate accordingly.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.
- Relevant experience working in Agile projects, highly desirable.
- PRINCE2 or similar project management methodology training is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not essential.
