What you’ll do:

 

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (covering parental leave). In this role, you’ll support the delivery of projects across the Priceline, atomica and Instant Script brands by working closely with Project Managers to ensure all projects meet brand standards and are completed on time and within budget.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Assisting with both New Store and Refurbishment projects
  • Assist with reviewing and managing construction documentation and any additional construction requirements  
  • Ensure all documentation is provided for multiple stages of the Project (Scope, Tender & Construction)
  • Support the store development project and Project Manager with cost reviews
  • Work with Franchise Partners and within the wider Priceline teams to ensure brand standards are met and all changes communicated

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Exposure to Project Management and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with external consultants including Architects, Shopfitters, and Suppliers
  • Strong documentation/planning skills
  • Ability to understand and assist with implementing brand standards
  • Strong computer & processing skills
  • Understanding of financial requirements as they relate to project accounting, eg. capital and operating expenditure
  • Understanding of the tender, invoicing and payment processes
  • VCE or Equivalent qualification
  • Qualification in Building related discipline e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management
