What you’ll do:

 

An On Boarding Implementation Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Priceline operation standards at a store level to support franchise partners and their teams to deliver compliance, execution, and consistency for all online and in store activities.

 

This role requires close coordination with franchise and retail teams, as well as project managers, to streamline store openings and minimise disruptions. The position is key to implementing the Retail strategy by facilitating the smooth onboarding of new franchise partners and teams, while identifying opportunities to optimize policies and procedures for improved in-store consistency and customer experience.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Deep understanding of retail industry and operations
  • Strong ability to engage, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships internally and with external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management with travel flexibility.
  • Hold a VCE or equivalent qualification
  • Travel will be required and a current driver's license is essential
