What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Merchandise & New Stores Project Coordinator to help deliver merchandise and POS standards across new and existing stores. In this role, you'll work closely with franchise partners, store teams, and construction project managers to ensure seamless store setups, efficient onboarding, and smooth store launches.
Your focus will be on minimising disruption, speeding up store openings, and supporting our retail strategy with consistency and precision. You’ll be supporting Priceline Pharmacy, Atomica stores, and Instant Scripts Pharmacy Hub.
This role suits someone who is organised, collaborative, customer‑focused, and highly flexible, with the ability to travel at short notice both regionally and interstate, including periods of travel for up to two weeks at a time.

What you’ll bring:
- Deep understanding of retail industry and operations
- Strong ability to engage, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop and influence others through excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and skilled in time management
- Flexibility to travel at short notice as required
- Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, store teams, and suppliers
