What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a commercially focused finance business partner to join our team, in either Sydney or Brisbane, as a Commercial Lead, supporting our Sydney and Brisbane Fulfillment Centres—two of our most critical operations hubs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with site leadership to deliver financial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making. With a strong business partnering focus, you’ll help shape initiatives that improve efficiency, manage costs, and support long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operations leaders to support day-to-day decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
- Supporting business cases and commercial projects that drive efficiency and value
- Preparing clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
- CA/CPA qualification
- The ability to communicate financial insights clearly
- Experience working with operational teams to influence decisions and drive performance
- Solid technical skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving process improvement
- Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI)
